We are thrilled to welcome you to the inaugural HHQMUN conference, taking place in person on November 15–16, 2025! This event is the culmination of months of passion and preparation, and we cannot wait to see our vision come to life with your participation.

Whether you’re a seasoned delegate or new to Model UN, this conference is designed to challenge your perspectives, sharpen your diplomacy skills, and connect you with like-minded peers who share your drive for global engagement. About the Conference
Date: 15th-16th November, 2025 (14-16 November, 2025 for participants with accommodation)
Location: Harrow LiDe School Hengqin (specific location in website footer) https://www.harrowzhuhai.cn
Committees: GA, ECOSOC, SC, WHO, HRC
Accommodation Fee: participants who need accommodation for the duration of the conference may stay in the Boarding House of Harrow Hengqin, with additional meals provided in school. The delegation fee of 350 RMB does not include accommodation fee, all participants (including Student Officers) who need accommodation for Friday and Saturday night, two breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday), and one evening meal (Saturday) will need to pay 600 extra. The Accommodation Fee DOES NOT include commuting fees between a hotel and the school, but the Hyatt Regency is walking distance.
Delegation Fee: 350 RMB/delegate (includes merch, conference materials, lunch, and snacks, DOES NOT include accommodation fee, only participants who need accommodation will need to pay the accommodation fee).
Participation Requirements: delegates may sign up with their school or individually. All delegates should be between G6-12 (ages 11-18).
